    Designed to warm the muscles and promote blood flow with long, smooth, gliding strokes. Let us know your preferred pressure: light, medium, or deep-tissue — and we’ll work out the knots or kinks of everyday living, so you can relax, release, and rejuvenate.

    We keep your health and well-being at the forefront of all our services, which is why we only use organic skincare with safe ingredients tailored to your individual needs. Crafted to nourish the skin while also uplift the spirit, creating a harmonious balance between mind, body, and soul.

  • Yoga

    A time-honored practice to harmonize the body, breath, and mind with a combination of physical postures, breathing techniques, and meditative exercises to enhance your mind-body connection and overall sense of wellness.

  • Soundbath

    A tranquil experience for participants to be enveloped in the healing frequencies of sound. Waves of vibrations will originiate and flow like the tides of the sea trough the use of various therapeutic instruments: gongs, singing bowls, drums, chimes, rattles, tuning forks, and the human voice. This is an excellent group experience.

  • Chakra Balancing

    There are seven chakras, each representing one of the seven different aspects of your well-being. To begin your session, you will first be asked to use your own intuition to choose the chakra oils that call to you; our practitioner will then concentrate on those specific chakras to create a profound healing experience. With a combination of massage, intuition, meditation, positive affirmations, and energy healing, we desire that your session provide clarity and balance to your overall wellbeing.

  • Reiki Energy Healing

    “Reiki” translates to “mysterious atmosphere, miraculous sign,” originating from the Japanese words “rei,” representing universal, and “ki,” signifying life energy. This form of healing focuses on energy flow within the body, as energy can become stagnant or blocked in the body where there has been physical injury or even emotional pain. Let the positive frequencies flow as a highly-trained therapist helps you release unwanted energies and reconnect with your divine state of being.
